A 25% cancellation policy of the gross rate applies on reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. A 50% cancellation policy of the gross rate applies on reservations cancelled within 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. A 100% cancellation policy of the net rate applies on reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date.
