The villa is equipped with every modern kitchen appliance, including a commercial-sized freezer that makes 150 pounds of ice cubes daily to keep your soft drinks and happy hour cocktails cold! You will find a selection of fresh fish and fresh lobster -- from our own Palacio Tropical traps! -- in the kitchen freezer. Even on vacation, there are times when you have to be in touch with outside world. To help you out a phone, house computer, complete with email and internet access are provided as well as a fax machine. Long distance charges will be billed to your credit card number. There are also two satellite cell phones available for rental during your stay. Please note: most regular cell phones don't work in Costa Rica. Please let us know prior to your arrival if your party requires more than two rental satellite phones.
Some like it hot ... some like it cold ... and some like it somewhere in between! To maximize your individual comfort levels, separate Air Conditioning Systems in the living areas and in each of the bedroom suites have been installed.

Cancellation :
Palacio Tropical reservations cannot be cancelled. However, we will do our very best to fill your reserved time slot, and if we are successful, 75% of your deposit will be refunded. The remaining 25% will be retained by us, and may be applied toward the deposit of a new weekly reservation at a time that works better for you.
Deposits :
A deposit of 50% of the total weekly rental is required within one (1) week of booking.
